After meeting your guide and driver in the hotel lobby, set off for the scenic Terelj National Park. Your adventure begins with a visit to the iconic Turtle Rock, followed by the serene Ariyabal Meditation Temple, where a short hike rewards you with sweeping views of the surrounding landscape. Continue to a traditional ger camp nestled deep within the park. After a hearty lunch, saddle up for a peaceful horseback ride along the picturesque Terelj River. Before returning to Ulaanbaatar in the late afternoon, you’ll visit a local herder family for an authentic glimpse into Mongolia’s nomadic lifestyle. (L)
